Corrective action
Corrective action systems exist to cover customer complains, non-conforming product, non-conforming processes and non-conforming raw material.

ENSOL corrective action systems are designed to investigate and record the cause, and determine the necessary action needed to eliminate the non – conformances.

Preventive action
Preventive actions are initiated by reviewing sources of information, such as customer complaints, audit findings and quality records. Potential non – conformances are reviewed to determine if preventive action should be taken
