ENSOL’s Commitment to Quality
ENSOL’s company corporate task is tie to a determined effort in quality improvement. Our objective is to combine quality concepts with our everyday working processes at all levels within the organisation. Each employee at the company has an appraisal within which they agree to undertake a personal development plan. This may consist of further education, on-the-job-training and personal encouragement. Team leaders and senior management are also very hands-on, acting as mentors to all the team. In addition, ENSOL has a proactive open door policy whereby an employee can approach a senior manager to discuss urgent matters.

Spot bonuses are given to reward outstanding achievement.

By making quality a way of life, everyone in ENSOL will benefit and the reduced costs improved productivity and increased competitiveness, and it will enhance ENSOL’s leadership within our industry.

The path we follow for quality improvement begins with understanding of customer requirements and continues with our commitment to satisfying our customer’s needs. It is a never-ending process. A larger scale quality effort is already underway at ENSOL.
