One of the most important aspects which we face is the technique we implement for analyzing our customers problems.

We use our knowledge of a process including information from flow charts, Process Model Worksheets, water analysis, deposit analysis, mettlugraphic analysis, System history or any measurements we have taken to identify a problem and begin adequately define the situation surrounding it.
